Alexandra Burke's Single "Hallelujah" Review

If winning the X factor was not enough Alexandra Burke has done it again, making her Christmas single Hallelujah the fast selling download, HMV, play.com and iTunes reported a total of 149,546 downloads where Leona Lewis single “A moment like this” reported a total of 139,000 downloads.(www.itv.com/xfactor)
Her single released for download on Saturday the 13Th, date of the x factor final and her CD single released on the 17Th December, which I bought on the day of release. The gold coated CD includes 3 tracks the 1st track is her Christmas single Hallelujah, the 2ND track is her version of Candy Man (which was Simon Cowell favourite) and her 3rd track is without you.

I enjoyed listening to her CD very much but was hoping that her duet with Beyonce would be on there or her version of “Listen” she sang solo. But the best thing about her single is I can not wait until she releases an album so I know I would get an hour of her songs instead of 15Min's. ***** rating

Eoghan and Diana - Confirmed

Picture Taken From Metro.co.uk Many newspapers showed this photo, i think all ours speculations of Diana and Eoghan are confirmed. They are going out, but as Diana have recently split from her boyfriend she did not want the news about herself and Eoghan to be spread around, but i feel the way Eoghan was crying when Diana was voted off showed that they were more then friends.

All the performances where amazing, the duets where even better. I was disappointed for JLS as i felt that Westlife did not suit there vocals, and i also think JLS where a lot better. Eoghan and BoyZone where a good team and Eoghan looked like he enjoyed the duet performance. But Alexandra's duet with the amazing Beyonce was phenomenal, and i feel that people started voting for her more after that particular performance.

Overall all acts did amazingly well and truly deserved to be in the final, well done again to Alexandra Burke and Mentor Cheryl Cole for winning her first x factor mentor position.

X Factor Final

As my first post I decided to talk about X FACTOR where almost 12million peoples Saturday night TV starts from. I am one out of the 12million who have watched this show from the auditions to boot camp then being selected for the live shows, so I think I can safely say I am a fan. We will be approaching the final in just under 2hrs on ITV 1 at 19.10. As many other viewers, I can not wait for my Saturday night to begin.

I am an Alexandra Burke fan, and watching her live at Camden’s KOKO bar on the 8th of December has made me an even bigger fan. This girl can truly sing her heart out. If you do not believe me please click on the video link of her live performance at the KOKO bar which I have recorded.

Also many speculations for who’s performing with whom tonight has left many of us wondering! Well I can safely say according to the London paper, Beyonce Knowles will be performing with Alexandra, Westlife with JLS and BoyZone with Eoghan. London paper also stated that Beyonce was not happy as she did not get to chose the song she wanted to sing and the song that she is would have to sing in duet with Alexandra would be “Listen” from the movie Dreamgirls, which Beyonce original sang. But Beyonce wanted to sing her new single as she wanted to promote it as it is only number 25 on the charts at present.

JLS and Eoghan are also very good but I feel they lack the power voice that Alexandra has.
